Their story is one of great friendship, vision and trust. With over two decades of experience respectively, their combined efforts have allowed them to create one of the largest domestic building businesses in Australia.
The Brilley leadership team combines a diverse and extensive foundation of skill and experience in housing, construction, residential land developments, project management, marketing and sales experience.
Pasquale Garofalo
Director of the AHB Group & Brilley Co.
Pas holds a number of formal qualifications including; Licensed Domestic/ Low rise commercial Builder, Diploma in Building & Construction, Diploma in Architectural Drafting & Design and Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.
Pas has forged a distinguished career in the property industry with recognised experience in project feasibility, analysis, construction, quality control, quantity, cost estimating and project management of medium density projects.
Pas is actively involved in the MBAV and has successfully participated in a number of committees both at a state level and local government level.
Charles Agius
Director of the AHB Group & Brilley Co.
Charles holds formal qualifications of Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Licensed Real Estate agent, Diploma in Frontline Management and Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building).
His extensive industry experience includes positions in; Operations Management, Human Resources, Financial Control & Directorship roles in Sales and Marketing for some of Melbourne’s leading home builders.
Charles has successfully worked with a diverse range of stakeholder partners in commercial scale residential investments, including Government, Investment groups & Housing Associations.
Natalie King
General Manager Sherridon Regional & Niche Markets
Natalie is recognised as an experienced leader in the Victorian Residential building sector. Her extensive knowledge gained working across operational, management, strategic & Director roles includes successful engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders providing a valuable leadership resource for the AHB Group.
Natalie has successfully established, developed and facilitated residential building teams, product and offices across Victoria. Specialist skills in; corporate finance, risk management, business analysis, channel strategy, process reengineering, marketing and affordable housing. Natalie has been responsible for the delivery of over 1,000 homes into the affordable housing sector and an appointed member of the Building Regulations Advisory Committee.
Formal qualifications and licenses held are Masters in Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Information Systems and Builders Licenses (Domestic & Commercial) for Victoria. Domestic Builder License Unlimited Vic DB-U 39267, Commercial Builder License Limited Vic CB-L 38924 and Contractor Licence NSW 340969C.
Natalie’s experience in the building and affordable housing sector is utilised and shared via her participation on advisory councils in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. An appreciation for interdisciplinary experience and knowledge aligned with the Brilley business model.
